Almost every item below was said out loud by a sitting president. Some became executive orders within hours; some became concrete and rebar; some are still just a sentence at a podium; one never happened at all and is remembered anyway. The register keeps them in one place and rates each on three axes, because "was he serious?" and "can it be undone?" are entirely different questions.
The events are reported fact. The three scores are not: they were assigned by an AI at the maintainer's request, one pass, no panel, no appeal — which is exactly why they are printed rather than hidden. "Acted on" collects anything that left the podium: an executive order, a budget line, a building, a target. "Said aloud" collects stated intent that has not yet taken legal form — which, on this register's evidence, is a distinction with a short shelf life. "Just him" collects the trumpisms that are not proposals at all: the ones people repeat longest and that no successor can undo, because there is nothing there to undo. Where an axis has nothing to measure it shows a dash rather than a zero; a zero is a judgement, a dash is an admission.
Entries carry source links where a primary record exists. The 2026 entries postdate most available reference material and are sourced from the posts and reports linked on each; treat their scores as provisional.
Seriousness and reversibility can be checked against the record. Satirical value cannot — it is a judgement about how absurd a thing reads, and a machine is a poor sole judge of that. Bring a score you disagree with.
